If the requested size is available, weβll ship the exchange to you (customer is responsible for shipping costs). If the requested size is not in stock, your exchange will be processed as a return.

Weβre happy to place item(s) on hold for up to 24 hours. Please note that held items remain available for purchase on our online store, and if the item sells online during the hold period, it will go to that customer. To guarantee the item is yours, we can send you an invoice that must be paid during the hold period. After 24 hours, any unpaid held items will be returned to the sales floor and made available to all customers.
