Our production time does not include shipping. Orders are shipped using USPS First Class Mail 3-5 Mail, so depending on your location they will arrive in 3-5 business days from the shipment date, provided there are no delays within the USPS, which is completely out of our control. Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt for a full refund. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt for store credit. For shipped orders, the return period begins on the day the item is delivered. Items must be in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return. All items discounted 30% or more & sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. We reserve the right to refuse or give partial refund for any returned items, based on its condition. Online Exclusives
Online exclusive items will ship separately from other items in your order. These items are not available for in-store pickup and will be delivered directly to your shipping address, with shipping rates varying by brand.
