Merchandise must be returned within 23 days from the purchased date to receive your money back.

Exchanges must be the same item, but different size request.

If we have the item in stock in your requested size, we will send it to you. If we don't have your requested size, we will process your exchange as a return.

We can pull an item(s) off the floor for 24 hours. That item is still up for grabs on our online store. Within those 24 hours, if it sold online it would go to that customer. In order to guarantee it is yours, we can send you an invoice that must be paid in order for it to be yours! After 24 hours, the item will be placed out onto the floor and open to anyone.
